Department Profile :
The Department of Mathematics was established in 2014 with an UG course. The department consists of a team of well qualified, experienced and skilled faculty members who subsidize for the development of the students. Presently, the department offers B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes. Besides the department organizes conference, workshops, seminars and LaTeX training programmes. The department provides individual motivation to the students by initiating bridge, remedial and enrichment programmes. The department is functioning with a good department library and a computer lab for an easy access to students and staff. The Department of Mathematics provides academic home for the young Mathematicians. To empower the innovative skills of the students and to discuss the mathematical concepts, the department organizes the study circles and certificate courses to make the students competitive and accountable. Adequate infrastructure facilities and peaceful campus atmosphere are conductive to the students to pursue their academic endeavors in an excellent manner. In addition, our students are excelling in various curricular and Co-curricular activities to ensure the social commitment.
