📜 Hostel Rules & Regulations

• Admission is offered to girls only.
• The applicant should be accompanied by her parent or guardian at the time of admission.
• Admission is for one academic year; readmission depends on character and conduct.
• Students must adhere to meal timings; inform warden/mess in charge if unable to attend.
• Visitors are not allowed inside the hostel; only persons mentioned in the admission form may meet in the parlor with prior permission.
• Visitors not allowed after 6:00 PM.
• Leaving home: permitted only on the second weekend (Friday/Saturday). Return by Sunday 6:00 PM or Monday 8:30 AM (parent to accompany if delayed).
• No permission for shopping trips or friend’s house visits; essentials to be purchased during home visits or brought by parents.
• Going home without written parent/guardian permission or skipping classes will lead to disciplinary action.
• Modest dress code; nightgowns not permitted outside rooms.
• Keep rooms, surroundings, and toilets clean. Wet clothes not to be aired inside rooms.
• Do not enter kitchen or give orders to cooks; complaints to warden directly.
• Students must bring their own mattress, mosquito net, bucket, mug, plate, tumbler (steel), cutlery, and toiletries.
• Keep valuables locked; hostel not responsible for lost goods. Report loss to warden.
• Mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
• Strict silence during study hours. Room lights off by 11:00 PM.
• Inform warden immediately if feeling unwell.
• One month’s notice required to discontinue hostel stay; otherwise full month’s mess & rent payable.
• Leave requests to be submitted before 10:30 PM the previous day (except emergency).
• All hostelites expected to attend common prayer; Catholics encouraged to attend daily Holy Mass.
• Gross misconduct or violation of rules may result in dismissal from hostel.
• Incoming telephone calls: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Emergency calls attended round the clock.

Note: The hostel is managed with the highest standards of safety and discipline. Parents are encouraged to communicate with the warden for any concerns.
