The Student Grievance Redressal System of Malankara Catholic College (MCC) is established to create a transparent, responsive, and accountable mechanism for addressing and resolving issues raised by students. It serves as an official platform for students to submit concerns, complaints, or suggestions related to academic, administrative, or infrastructural matters in a fair and time-bound manner. Our goal is to ensure that every student's voice is heard and that genuine concerns are addressed effectively while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.

MCC Grievance Redressal Committee functions under the directives of the UGC and college statutory bodies. The committee comprises faculty conveners, student representatives, and administrative officers. It handles complaints ranging from academic evaluation, fee reimbursement, discrimination, ragging, infrastructure issues, to any other student welfare matter. Dr. T. Subash, Principal, serves as the Grievance Redressal Officer. The system ensures resolution within a maximum of 15 working days.
