About the department:

The Department intends to incorporate the drastic changes the teaching-learning programme has undergone into the actual field.

Facilitate the teacher to perform his/her function as a facilitator of learning and provide him/her with facilities to adopt better techniques of teaching in addition to ‘chalking and talking’.

Reduce the burden of teaching –learning and stop overtaxing both the students and the teachers.

Save time and make learning sessions brain storming ones from various sources of information and involving perception of different senses.

To facilitate learning of the people alienated from the world of letters by appeal to the senses of sight and hearing and thus promote the informal education of the masses and the unlettered.

Make learning a fun so as to generate love for it.
