History of the Department

  The Department of Physics was established in the year 1998 with undergraduate program followed by the postgraduate program in 2008 and M. Phil. Program in 2010. Many of our former alumni who have taken the Honors’ course in Physics from various colleges have subsequently been research scholars and achieved conspicuous success. They now hold distinguished positions in various parts of India.
